Differentiated instruction is not just about cognition - we need to differentiate in other ways as well; all of our students deserve to be safe, and included when learning about healthy living. ~Yiola

To wrestle with a controversial topic, post these signs around the classroom and invite students to move near to the sign which reflects where they stand on the issue.

Students should know their opinion will be respected, even though it is sometimes not respectful. ~Sarah
